    No. Ticket numbers are computer-generated in ascending order starting at a pre-determined number.
  4. When are the deadlines for ticket sales?
    Final Sales Deadline: Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.
  5. What are the odds of winning?
    Chances are 1 in 3,000 (total tickets for sale) to win a prize. Actual odds depend on number of tickets sold.
  6. Will my name and personal information be safe?
    All personal ticket information is the sole property of the Kidney Foundation, BC & Yukon and will be confidential, nor will it be sold or solicited for any other purpose.
  7. How do I receive my ticket/s?
    Ticket buyers will receive by email their payment receipt and a digital stub listing all the numbers associated the purchased package.
  8. Can I win more than one prize?
    Yes, once your name is drawn it goes back into the lottery pool and there is a chance your name can be drawn again.
  9. Are raffle tickets tax-deductible?
    No official tax receipt will be issued for the Winter Raffle 2021 in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency guidelines.
  10. Am I able to get a refund?
    All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds issued to anyone for any reason. All tickets purchased and entered into the draw cannot be refunded, including if ticket purchasers made an error in selecting the number of tickets they wished to purchase.
